The Tennis Club de Lyon, France was proud to hold a CTC super senior doubles team competition event (55 and 65+) last Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th of September 2022. The club was pleased to welcome teams from TC Santander (ESP), Cumberland LTC London (GBR), RCTB-1899 (ESP) and HLTC Leimonias, The Hague (NED).

We started our event with a welcome cocktail and lunch on Friday and ended with a big celebration on Saturday night with our ‘Bodega style’ club evening, with live music.

The five teams played each other in a round robin format over two days in sunny conditions on our clay courts. There were lots of interesting and fun matches and the atmosphere was great.
