El Real Club de Polo de Barcelona organized a competition with the participation, in addition to the teams of the hosting club, of the Carrickmines LTC of Dublin, the Blau Weiss of Berlin, the Fitzwilliam LTC of Dublin and two other teams from Barcelona, the CT La Salut and the RCT Barcelona-1899.
After the three days of competition, the German team from the Blau Weiss won in the final over the RCT Barcelona-1899 by 5 wins to 4. During the presentation of trophies all of the participating clubs expressed their gratitude for the effort that had been realized by the organizing club.
