From 26–28 September 2025, the CTC Seniors 50+/60+ Tournament was hosted by TC Venezia on the beautiful Lido di Venezia. With sunshine throughout the weekend, players from several clubs gathered for three days of competition and camaraderie.
On Friday, I. ČLTK Praha faced LTTC Rot-Weiss Berlin, while on Saturday Chandos LTC London met TC Venezia. The matches, played in a shortened format, showcased strong performances from all sides. Despite a tight schedule and limited court availability, the atmosphere among players and guests remained upbeat and friendly. With no further matches scheduled, participants had a welcome opportunity to explore and enjoy the unique charm of Venice.
On Sunday, both the Prague–Venice and London–Berlin ties were completed, with all matches condensed onto the available courts. In the end, I. ČLTK Praha emerged as the deserved winners of the event.
As with every CTC gathering, the focus extended far beyond the results: fair competition, sporting spirit, and new friendships made the experience trulyunforgettable in such a unique setting.
