Malahide hosts Leimonias friendly weekend

Malahide LTCC,Dublin was delighted to host Den Haagsche LTC Leimonias for a tennis and social weekend on the 8th and 9th of July.

A group of players from Leimonias came over to Dublin and played golf on Thursday with the tennis commencing on Friday with practice in Malahide.

Saturday afternoon saw a friendly match between the 2 Veterans teams with the Dutch players then joining in with Malahide members for a social ‘Wimbledon Night’ fun tennis tournament and Barbeque which went on late into the night.

The result was a really enjoyable weekend for the Malahide and Leimonias players and the plan is for Malahide to visit The Hague next year.
