Another win for Cumberland LTC: this time at the CTC U16 RST La Magdalena

Over the weekend of 27-29 September, the Real Sociedad de Tenis de La Magdalena of Santander (Spain) hosted the U-16 Centenary Tennis Clubs Tournament, which featured two teams from the host club, Cumberland LTC of London and the Real Club de Polo of Barcelona.

Despite the rain, all the matches were played in a round robin format. The winners, who did not lose a single tie, were the players from Cumberland LTC, followed in order by Tennis A from RST La Magdalena, Tennis B from the host club and RC de Polo.

The event concluded with a dinner at RST La Magdalena, where the traditional prize-giving ceremony took place, and a cultural visit to the Centro Botín on Sunday.
