CTC SENIORS MALAHIDE

Malahide LTCC hosted Le Tir, Paris in Dublin for the weekend of 29th September / 1st October.

The Le Tir players were welcomed with Cheese & Wine in the Club on Friday evening, with play starting on Saturday morning.

The doubles came first with Malahide managing to win all 3 matches including the O45 Mixed Doubles on a scoreline of 7-6, 6-7 (10-8)which could not have been any closer. The Home team came out on top in the singles in the afternoon also.

Saturday night saw a very enjoyable night with both teams enjoying a meal and good night together in the Club. It was the first time that any of the Le Tir players had visited Ireland.

Great for two Clubs who had not played each other previously to meet, play some good tennis and make new CTC friends.
