CTC ASIA TOURNAMENT, YOKOHAMA

The 2nd CTC Asia Tournament was successfully organized in Yokohama, Japan during the weekend of November 12- 14.

The Yokohama International Tennis Community teamed up with the Tokyo Lawn Tennis Club and the Ashiya International Lawn Tennis Club to present a combined squad from the host nation. Facing them were overseas visitors from the Royal Leopold Club of Belgium and the LTTC Rot Weiss Berlin, Germany.

All of the visitors were overwhelmed by the kindness and hospitality of the organizers during the event and its lively social program, and are already looking forward to attending the 3rd edition of the tournament, which is scheduled to be held in 2019.

With a final record of 5 wins and 3 losses in the round-robin event, the tournament was won by the host team, who edged Royal Leopold Club into second place.
