Real Sociedad de Tenis La Magdalena hosted three teams – Carrickmines, Cumberland and RCTB 1899 – for three wonderful days of tennis and entertainment during the weekend of September 9 to 11.
The weather was also supportive of the event and enabled all matches to be played outdoors. The four teams were evenly matched throughout the tournament, and the host team eventually emerged as triumphant team.
On the social side of the competition, the players had the pleasure of enjoying a tour in a zodiac to visit the Puntal Beach. The official dinner was attended by the President of the CTC, Mr. Juan Mª Tintore.
